Pastor Scott has been involved in full-time ministry for over 35 years. He became Pastor of Oak Park Church in August of 1998 along with his wife, Tammy. He was the former Assistant Pastor at The Pentecostals of Bossier City, Louisiana, for 12 years. He also served as the Louisiana District Youth Secretary from 1991-1994 and the Louisiana District Youth President from 1994-1998.

The Scotts have two daughters, Rebecca and Anna. Rebecca is married to Josh Austin and they have two children, Alyza and Bowden.
